Clean and casual spot for breakfast. Less than 2 miles from the beachside hotels in waikiki, but miraculously no wait for seating on a Fri morning. The prices here are SO good compared to other similar spots, the food is delicious and served hot and fast. They don't accept cash, so bring a card and a big appetite! The portions are huge, the coconut syrup is heavenly. The staff are delightful and friendly, plus gave us great tips for a beautiful spot for photos. I can't recommend it too highly. Don't sleep on the coconut syrup over banana pancakes!

Was perfect for brunch! Koa burrito was the perfect size and composition. Guava lava mochi waffle was delicious. Daughter hates regular breakfast food so she super appreciated the fried rice. Food came out hot, fresh, and satisfying Best prices we've experienced in Hawaii as well. Def recommend

Koa Pancake House is fantastic...Located just off the beaten path in Kaimuki just minutes away from the busy streets of Waikiki, so if you're a visitor to our islands or a local. Koa Pancake House in Kaimuki is a convenient location for you to drop in and grab some delicious breakfast or lunch. It's a quick service restaurant, but honestly, by the way the pancakes taste, you wouldn't be able to tell. All I can say is you have to stop by and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

The Sweet 3 -French toast with 3 types of fruit. Hashbrowns with cheese and sour cream added. Crispy bacon. Sooo good!!

Great selections of breakfast or brunch in the morning , I had the grilled mahi mahi with over medium eggs and pancakes with an extra side of home fried potatoes . Good prices for these portions you get and plenty of seating and food came out pretty fast .

Walked in and immediately noticed the atmosphere. Like walking into your favorite spot and everyone is just there to hang. Food was amazing. I got myself the breakfast plate. 4 spam pieces, 2 eggs, large serving of hash browns. i also got a side of bacon. I was expecting like 3 or 4 pieces. They gave me like 7 or 8! If you're in the area please stop by!

Love this place from their food to the service. We tried the UBE Pancakes which essentially is pancakes with Taro (purple sweet potato) sauce. YUMMY! The best pancakes I had on any of the Hawaiian islands! Another word to their service: from consultation at the cashier about the different food options to being served, the staff did an outstanding job to make us feel welcome, happy and taken care of. If I could, I’d give service 6 stars!

Koa Pancake in Kaimuki is great place to have breakfast at. My boyfriend ordered the Trio Breakfast 3 stacks of blueberry pancakes, I ordered the Koa Benedict and honestly it was very good. The server even gave everybody a taster of their new product, the overnights oats with chia seeds & nuts. To top it off, they had great throw back music playing which set the atmosphere. 10/10! Thank you staff ! :)
